Bring on the sunshine!

Time for some sunshine and that's what I hope Ms Tansy will do.  All you have to do is smell the daisies.

Seeing Green....

How about some green? 

 

 I was going to make this a St Patrick's Day doll.  Even sewed a shamrock out of wool.

 

 

 Then I thought about her having a teddy bear.

 

Or a kitty.

 

 

In the end I decided just a name would do.

Be Happy!

Just a working this weekend!  Thankfully was able to finish another doll. 

 

Before meeting Samantha, the first picture shows the thought process on what she will look like.  I must say playing with fabric is so much fun.  As you can see I used three coordinating fabrics.  Then I pick out the hair color that best suits the outfit. 

 

 

And here she is, Miss Samantha.  She comes with a "be happy" purse hand stitched in wool

 

 

Hope you like her.  I must say, this will be one hard one to let go.  Just seeing her smiling face will remind you to be happy!
