Boo!

Boo!  This little witch it out to scare someone - don't think it's working.  I myself think she is too cute to scare a soul.  I don't have a name for her yet, but will before she is posted on Etsy.  I still need to take some more pictures tomorrow.  I normally don't do much of the Halloween crafting, but can't resist a witch doll.

I hope those that might of been affected by Hurricane Irene are safe tonight.  Seems like she will leave some damage behind.  Blessings to you all.

Oh, oh - I hear hubby calling for a Dairy Queen run.  Ice cream does sound nice!  Gotta go, I normally don't wait for the second call on that one!  Have a great weekend!

Hugs,
Sold - flying first class to PA - thank you!

A Short Notice Doll Order

Here is the finished product for a short notice doll order.  I started this last night after I came home from work and did the finishing touches this evening.  The customer wanted the doll for her granddaughter's birthday this week.  Yellow - this must be the color for this summer.  This is the 5th doll I've done for special orders requesting yellow dresses.  Well, here's hoping Nathalie loves her dolly.

Have a great evening!

Where Have I've Been?

Wow! It's been a while since I've blog. Somehow my computer would not let me open Google, which means posting on my blog was impossible. Something to do with the google server to my computer. After a week of researching, calling technical help and doing all but throwing the computer out the window, I finally had it boarded at a "geek computer store". I hope they can figure out why my computer won't let me use any search engines.
Meanwhile, after my poor hubby got tired of my complaining about not being able to post or read my blogger friend's posts, he went out and bought me a lap top computer! How sweet is he!
I've been real busy with the Christmas show and will have a few pictures to post soon. I have some great ideas for Christmas dolls that I can't wait to get started on. Yep, this is the best part of the season for my crafting.
Since I didn't have any new pictures of dolls this time, I imported one that was a special order. She had that look of "where have you been?" Don't you think? Until next time - take care all and thanks for stopping by.
Hugs!

Andy and Annie

 Sold - thank you!

 Hello all my blogger friends,

It's Sunday night and time for me to get ready for another work week at the office tomorrow.  I managed to finish some Christmas ornaments this weekend and the Andy and Annie doll pictured above.  Some time back I had purchased the Andy pattern from Sweet Meadows Farm and pulled it out today and finished him.  I'm not sure if I'll post them on Etsy.  I might keep the pair for my Holiday show, but if anyone is interested, just drop me an email.  It's late and I think I hear someone calling out "let's turn off the lights, the party is over".  Yep, we get up at 5 am for our start of the day.  It will be wonderful once I retire!

Have a wonderful week!

Hugs,
