Raggedy Name Contest

Hi blogger friends and any new folks dropping by,

I finished this little cutie Friday and I am now just posting her. I fell in love with her and I'm trying hard to get her in my Etsy shop, but it's so hard! I would really like to keep her. Has that happened to you? Besides getting her in Etsy, I'm having a hard time coming up with a name. Can anybody help me?

I think I'll make this a contest. Who ever comes up with a name fitting for this dolly - I'll reward them with a 9 inch angel doll I just finished! I'm sure your gonna love her! Let's make this a week long contest - so that by next Sunday I will have a name. Sounds like fun, huh! I'll have my hubby pick the winner on March the 27th.

Hope to hear from you!

Hugs,

  17. I think she looks like a Annabelle! You do beautiful work! I wish you lived closer so you could give me a lesson on doing the doll faces lol, I gave up on the dolls I was making from "oh so dollin" The embroidery part is just too hard for me,can't do it. I guess I need to learn to draw the faces instead but I need to find out what products to buy to do that.

  20. Hi Pat. That Raggedy is really adorable. It would be difficult for me to part with her. That happens to me too.
Have you named any of your dolls after your grandaughter? "Cadie" is a pretty name for her. Another name for her could be "Whoopie".
    Have fun choosing a name

    God bless you. Hugs

  21. She is so adorable. Looks to me like a combo between a precious moments doll and a raggedy ann. So 'Precious Anne'. Such cuteness.
